The invoice will be issued after the receipt of the fees to the address provided by you. Payment can also be made by credit card.
To guarantee any registration and/or accommodation the payment of full fee/stay is required. In case of any cancellation up to 01 April, 2024 the costs will be refunded less 30% for administration costs. After this date no any payment (registration, hotel accommodation) can be refunded under any circumstances.
