CONFIRMATION, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS

Confirmation and the corresponding receipt will be sent upon receiving the full payment.
To guarantee any accommodation payment of your full stay is required. In case of any cancellation up to September 1,, 2017, payment will be refunded less 50 EUR for administration costs. After this date payments can not be refunded under any circumstances.

Prices include: 18% VAT, tourist taxes and breakfast. Accommodation requests after September 1, 2017 cannot be guaranteed. As we have limited availability in the hotel, reservation requests can be fulfilled on first come first served basis. Rates are intended per room, per night, 18% VAT included. Only guaranteed reservation will be accepted; to guarantee the reservation, full payment should be done either by bank transfer, or by credit card. Please use one form per each registered guest. Not any reservation will be accepted by phone.
