It is our great pleasure to invite you to annual SIOPE Brain Tumor Group meeting, which will take place in Budapest, Hungary, in April 2019. All SIOPE BTG group members are cordially invited to attend, registration is open and will be served for up to 150 participants on first come first served basis.The meeting will follow the successful format of previous meetings, including an educational day and enjoyable social events.

The meeting will be starting with 3 days of Education Days and Training Workshop (Tuesday, April 2 – Thursday, April 4, 2019), following a 2 days BTG Meeting (Friday, April 5 – Saturday, April 6, 2019). As a meeting place, we have chosen Hotel Hungaria City Center. It has an illustrious history stretching beyond 100 years – is renowned for the high standard of its services and its excellent location. The hotel is an ideal base both for business visitors, with Budapest’s main attractions within easy reach on the M2 and M4 metro lines or by bus from just outside the hotel, and Keleti train station just a few minutes’ walk away.
April can be wonderful in Budapest as the city is in the full swing of spring. Moreover, the Danube boat rides (1-2 hours variety) run all year round. We encourage you to register early and secure your room at the meeting hotel, where a special conference rate was negotiated. Please check back for more information as meeting plans are finalized, the program will be updated on a regular basis.

Once again, we are honored to host SIOPE BTG meeting and on behalf of the hosting institution, 2nd Department of Pediatrics at Semmelweis University (Budapest, Hungary) as main center of the Hungarian Pediatric Oncology Network we are looking forward to welcoming you in Budapest.
