All applications should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fees.
Please note that upon receiving the full amount of the registration fee, a written confirmation of registration will be sent to you. All congress materials will be available at the registration desk at the conference venue during the congress.

Payment
Payment should be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided. Please refer to the programme title and the name of the participant in your notice or letter in this form: programme title/name of participant.
The invoice will be issued after the receipt of the fees to the address provided by you.
Payment can also be made by credit card.
Cancellation, repayment
To guarantee any registration and/or accommodation the payment of full fee/stay is required. In case of any cancellation up to 1 September, 2019 the costs will be refunded less 30% for administration costs. After this date no any payment (registration, hotel accommodation, social program fee) can be refunded under any circumstances.
