Registration fees cover the following

  • participation in the scientific programme and the exhibition
  • programme brochure
  • coffe break for three times during the conference

The registration fee doesn’t include the fees of lunch and banquet dinner.

Condition of payment

By registering to the congress you are able to pay for the reserved services either by;

1.) BANK TRANSFER: a copy of the bank transfer has to be sent to Convention Budapest Ltd attached to the registration.

2.) CREDIT CARD

You may authorize Convention Budapest Kft. to debit the credit card with fee of the services.
Credit card facilities are available for:  EURO /MasterCard, VISA. Please indicate type of card, number, expiry date, cardholder’s name on card and signature to confirm the amount being paid.
In case of using credit card we are kindly asking you to give us CVC code of the credit card as well.


Confirmation

Confirmation and the corresponding receipt will be sent upon receipt of the payment and hotel accommodation form.


Payments, cancellations, refunds

To guarantee any registration and/or accommodation the payment of full fee/stay is required. In case of any cancellation up to 1 June, 2017 the costs will be refunded less 30% for administration costs. After this date no any payment (registration, hotel accommodation, social program fee) can be refunded under any circumstances.

Please refer to the program title and the name of the participant in your notice or letter in this form: program title/name of participant. The invoice will be issued after the receipt of the fees to the address provided by you. Payment can also be made by credit card. In this case please fill in the adequate form.
