Please refer to the programme title and the name of the participant in your notice or letter in this form: programme title/name of participant. The invoice will be issued after the receipt of the fees to the address provided by you. Payment can also be made by credit card.

The payment must be made at the time of reservation in its entirely, in order toguarantee the reserved room.

Cancellation received 30 days prior to arrival: 50% will be refunded.
Cancellation received 29 days prior to arrival: No refund

All UEMS Endocrinology delegates must register and book accommodation and dinners at convention.hu and not directly with the hotel.
